Hot Tub Packaging Process

Step 1: Cleaning & Polishing

Deep Clean: Wipe the shell, steel frame, and motors.
Accessory Waxing: Remove accessories, polish with wax, and reinstall.

Step 2: Interior Layering

Surface Film: Seal the tub with transparent film to block dust.
EPE Foam: Wrap with pearl cotton; leave 50cm extra at the top to fold over edges.

Step 3: Exterior Cushioning

Corner Guards: Fix thick EPE blocks to all four corners.
Bubble Wrap: Wrap the body and leave 50cm extra at the top to seal.

Step 4: Vertical Load Prep

Base Padding: Attach extra-thick EPE blocks to the landing side.
Protection Board: Add an insulation board to the opposite side.

Step 5: Final Sealing

Heat Shrink: Cover with a heat-shrink bag and seal tightly.
Labeling: Apply model stickers and shipping marks.

Step 6: Crating & Securing

Positioning: Stand the tub on the wooden pallet (padded side down).
Cross Strapping: Secure to the crate using a '#' pattern with heavy-duty straps.
